The decision to choose Lara Murphy, as our real estate agent was a difficult one initially, because we’ve got so many friends that are in the real estate business and also because it’s usually frowned upon to mix business with friendship. Looking back at the entire process and it was a long one, the decision that we made to choose. Laura could not have been better. She was there every step of the way, both guiding and listening to our concerns, and addressing every issue that came up. There was never a time that I couldn’t reach her. She would get back almost immediately.. Never one to panic, she always had a calming, positive response, which was much appreciated. Even during some tough times, I can still hear her say “ we got this.” I can honestly say that I believe our friendship got even stronger haven’t gone through this process together. Most importantly, I would highly recommend Lara Murphy as a top real estate agent.

Lara and Caten made the whole home searching/buying process so much easier. They were very professional, polite, and were always available for questions/calls or to even meet. As first time home buyers, they made sure we understood everything involved with the full process and put any concerns of ours at ease. Would definitely love to work with them on buying and/or selling any of our future homes!
