The decision to choose Lara Murphy, as our real estate agent was a difficult one initially, because we’ve got so many friends that are in the real estate business and also because it’s usually frowned upon to mix business with friendship. Looking back at the entire process and it was a long one, the decision that we made to choose. Laura could not have been better. She was there every step of the way, both guiding and listening to our concerns, and addressing every issue that came up. There was never a time that I couldn’t reach her. She would get back almost immediately.. Never one to panic, she always had a calming, positive response, which was much appreciated. Even during some tough times, I can still hear her say “ we got this.” I can honestly say that I believe our friendship got even stronger haven’t gone through this process together. Most importantly, I would highly recommend Lara Murphy as a top real estate agent.

I can’t say enough good things about my home buying process with Lara. She held our hands throughout the entire timeline. From showing us multiple houses over several different days, to knowing exactly when we found the right one, and then walking us through how to be the offer that stood out for our dream home. And then, telling us exactly what we needed to do after our offer was accepted to the day we closed. As a first time buyer, I was very anxious about the whole process, but as soon as I would ask Lara a question, she was quick to respond and ease my concerns.
